Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Our Commitment

Duezy, operated by In-House Receivable Services Ltd., doing business as IRS Collections, is committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to access our services with dignity and independence, and we work to provide a digital experience that is usable by the widest possible audience.

Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Our efforts are guided by the goals of the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessible British Columbia Act, which promote the identification, removal, and prevention of barriers to accessibility.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility across the Duezy platform, we work to:

  • structure content with clear, consistent navigation and meaningful headings;
  • provide sufficient colour contrast between text and background;
  • support keyboard navigation for interactive elements;
  • provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons;
  • use clear, plain language wherever possible;
  • ensure forms have descriptive labels and accessible error messaging;
  • design layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels; and
  • consider accessibility as part of our ongoing design and development process.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task. We periodically review our website and platform, and we work to address barriers as we identify them. As we add new features and content, we strive to maintain and improve our level of accessibility. Some third-party content or integrations may not be fully within our control, and we work with our providers to improve accessibility where we can.

Alternative Access to Our Services

If you are unable to access any part of our website or platform, or if you need information or a service in an alternative format, we will do our best to help. We can provide assistance and alternative means of completing tasks — such as by telephone or email — so that you can access our services.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Duezy. If you encounter a barrier, have difficulty using any part of our website or platform, or need to request content in an accessible format, please contact us. Please let us know the page or feature involved and the nature of the difficulty so we can respond effectively.
